1) Products are handcrafted and naturally variable

Our shawls are handmade using natural fibers (including pashmina/cashmere and noble wools). By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

Every piece may vary slightly in color, weave, measurements, and finish
Natural shade variation or subtle discoloration can occur due to fiber and dye characteristics
These are expected traits of genuine handcrafted textiles and are not defects

2) Pricing & currency

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.

Your bank/issuer may treat the transaction as international, depending on the payment processor's routing and location.

3) Orders and cancellations

All orders are final once submitted. We do not accept post-checkout modifications.

If you are unsatisfied with your order, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for the options available to you.

4) Shipping, duties, and customs

Delivery charges shown at checkout apply to Standard US shipping.

International shipments may incur duties/taxes/customs charges determined by your local authorities or courier.

These charges are the customer's responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or courier disruptions.

5) Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

6) Accuracy of information

We strive to display product details and colors as accurately as possible. However, screen settings and lighting can affect appearance. Product photos are representational, and handcrafted variation is expected.

7) Intellectual property

All site content (images, product names, copy, branding) belongs to Silsilah Studio and may not be used without written permission.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silsilah Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

9) Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where the transaction occurs. For customers in the United States, applicable US consumer protection laws apply.
