If you are ordering from outside the US (or using a forwarding service), shipping rates and delivery times may vary.

Our pieces are crafted and shipped from Pakistan.

Processing time

Most in-stock orders ship within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Because each item is handmade and carefully finished, occasional processing delays may occur, especially during high-volume periods. If anything affects your timeline, we’ll email you.

Estimated delivery time (US)

Typical delivery to the US is 5–12 business days after dispatch, depending on courier routes, weather, and customs processing.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Signature on delivery

For security, signature may be required on higher-value orders or where a courier determines it’s necessary.

Duties, taxes, and customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges determined by your local authorities/courier.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

We do not offer refunds due to refusal to pay duties/taxes, delays caused by customs, or returned shipments resulting from unpaid import charges.
